## How we work

Every engagement moves through three phases: Discover, Build, and Deliver. The phases are sequential but iterative — discoveries during Build inform scope, and feedback during Deliver feeds the next planning cycle.

### Discover

The Discover phase aligns the team on what we're building and why before a line of code is written. We sit with stakeholders to map business goals, target users, existing systems, and constraints — budget, timeline, regulatory, technical — so the resulting plan is grounded in reality rather than assumptions.

Typical activities:

- Stakeholder interviews and goal-setting workshops
- User research and persona development
- Competitive and market analysis
- Audit of existing systems, data, and integrations
- Technical feasibility studies and proofs-of-concept
- Information architecture and user flows
- Scope definition, roadmap, and budget

Deliverables: a product brief, a prioritized feature roadmap, a technical architecture proposal, and a budget with milestone breakdowns.

### Build

The Build phase turns the roadmap into a working product. We work in short iteration cycles with weekly demos so stakeholders see progress continuously rather than waiting for a big reveal. Design and engineering run in parallel — designs validated in low-fidelity wireframes feed into high-fidelity prototypes, which engineering implements against a shared component library.

Typical activities:

- UX/UI design, prototyping, and design-system work
- Frontend engineering (web and mobile)
- Backend, APIs, and data modeling
- Third-party integrations and infrastructure setup
- Automated testing and continuous integration
- Weekly stakeholder demos and async progress updates

Each client has a dedicated point of contact responsible for keeping communication tight and surfacing blockers early.

### Deliver

The Deliver phase gets the product into users' hands and keeps it healthy after launch. We treat launch as the start of the product's life, not the end of the engagement — instrumentation, monitoring, and a feedback loop are wired in before we ship.

- QA, user acceptance testing, and accessibility audits
- Performance, load, and security testing
- Production infrastructure, CI/CD, and deployment automation
- Analytics, error tracking, and observability
- Documentation and team training
- Post-launch support, maintenance, and iteration

Deliverables: a production-ready application, deployment and operational documentation, a monitoring dashboard, and an agreed support cadence.
